Are there order minimums?
Yes! Opening order minimum is $150 and reorder minimum is $100.
How quickly will my order ship? How will it be shipped and will there be tracking?
We usually ship in 2-3 business days. If your order will ship later than this, we will send you an email to let you know.
We ship via the most cost effective carrier unless a specific carrier is requested. The smallest orders ship via USPS Priority and anything larger ships UPS Ground. Both options come with tracking and you will receive a shipping notification email.
What are the payment terms?
Our website allows us to accept prepayment via credit card only for the time being. If you have net terms or prefer them, please send your order via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
My order came damaged or incorrect! What should I do?
Please send an email to email@example.com noting the issues within 4 days of receiving the shipment. If there is damage, please photograph the damaged items and shipping materials.
Am I able to return items?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns.
